We’ve booked safari with Marco to tsavo east and west. Marco was very supportive and organized everything . His driver Michael did everything to make us happy during the trip. Thanks to Michael we was able to see the big 5 and plenty other creatures in the park.

My next safari I will definitely will book again wir Marco. The booked lodges was also a very good choice . All in all it was a great time.

It was the most wonderful adventure of a lifetime. If you go to the Masai Mara be sure to ask for a guide Ben - he knows how to find every animal in the park and on top of that he is super nice.

Great Safari, driver and organization We did a private 4 day safari to Amboseli, Tsavo west, Tsavo East and they dropped us off at our hotel in Diani beach. Everything was amazing! Communication before hand went very smooth. They answer emails/whatsapp very fast, within an hour (but mostly faster). And booking a tour is easy. You can leave a deposit, or pay in cash euro/dollars/ksh. Our driver, Abdul, was very nice and he knows a lot about the animals. Also, he feels when you are needing time for yourself. So that’s perfect for us! The jeep was very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Marco Polo Safari’s. We slept in hotels: Kilima Amboseli Lodge (very comfortable with views on Kilimanjaro), Kilaguna Serena lodge (very luxury, our favorite) and Sentrim Safari lodge (glamping with pool). The last hotel was a little less nice, but that was because we went from very luxurious to a nice ok good glamping :p Next time It would definitely book with Marco Polo again.

Professional travel agency We booked a 1-day safari. First good impression. Our driver was there before time and handed over some cool water bottles. Since there were two of us with Amos, we had the pleasure of a private safari. Other providers cancel here partly with too few participants.As it turned out later, our driver Amos was really great. Not only did he track down and expertly describe more animals during the safari, he was also there when our vehicle had a flat tire and was able to repair it expertly and quickly. In the meantime, we spoke on the phone with Marco, who, as the head of the travel agency, proactively inquired about our well-being and apologized for the inconvenience. Very well done!All around a nice day with good experiences.

Pack extra water for the “all inclusive resort” Our safari guide was fantastic- so knowledgeable and did a great job of keeping our kids engaged in the safari in the (very few) moments when we weren’t seeing any animals. He also made sure we had lots of cold bottled water, which was especially appreciated because the “all-inclusive” accommodations we stayed at only gave us 1.5 L of drinking/potable water for our family of 4 for the day and wanted to charge us extra for any additional water. Our accommodation was otherwise good- delicious food, clean/comfy beds, a small swimming pool to splash in, and lots of wildlife nearby/in the resort to admire. Overall a great trip and we would definitely book with Marco Polo Safaris again!
