Safari with Marco Polo Kenya Marco was amazing in dealing with us pre safari, service was outstanding, Bonnie our safari guide was superb. They made our trip which had a few hick ups, not of their doing, not upset our experience of the safari which was amazing, we saw so much game because of Bonnie's knowledge.

Amazing trip to Tsavo East with Marco Polo Safaris We booked the 2-days trip to Tsavo and it was just amazing! We were picked up at our hotel in Diani Beach early in the morning at 6.00am. Around 10am we arrived the Bachuma gate of Tsavo East. We saw so many animals like lions, giraffes, different kind of antilopes and so many big herds of elephants, also some very small baby’s! 😍 we did 3 gamedrives; 1 when we arrived, 1 after lunch late in the afternoon and the third one late in the morning of day 2. Our driver Amos stopped everywhere were we wanted to stop and gives enough time to watch and photograph the animals. He is a good and very safe driver, also in the busy city of Mombasa. We slept at Voi lodge, a beautiful lodge near the park. Nice rooms, good food and a swimmingpool with view at the waterhole were we saw the waterbucks. Very special. We enjoyed every minute of our safari with Marco Polo and recommend this agency and of course our driver Amos! We had a great time!

Unforgettable Safari experience thanks to Mathias!! Marco from Marco Polo Safari helped us book an amazing safari experience to Tsavo Park East, we got a private car for the 3 of us at a great price. I cannot say enough about our amazing tour guide Mathias, it would have been an incredible experience regardless, but he took it to the next level. Very kind, friendly, treated us like family and was extremely knowledgeable! He shared a lot of information about Kenya, history, geography, current events, nature . And a true expert on all things in Tsavo Park! With decades of experience, he knew all the animal hotspots, He showed us the big five and more!! Car was very comfortable, and the camp we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. At the end of the trip he offered to take us to a Maasai village, where we got a tour of their homes, village, and were treated to a traditional dance. On my next trip to Diani, we will be using Marco Polo to book more excursions and personally requesting Mathias to get some time with this incredible man!! I was quite anxious before the trip as I didn’t know what to expect: this was my first safari experience. But everything went extremely smoothly. Our guide Richard was very nice, he showed us quite a lot of animals and told us a lot about savannah and Kenya. We saw many lions, a leopard, a giraffe, elephants, zebras, and other animals and birds.

Accommodation was nice too: Marco Polo offers packages with quite nice hotels. We were actually very surprised that a hotel in the middle of savannah would be so comfortable.

We also used Marco Polo Tours for transfer from our hotel, as our tour operator wanted to pick us up too early before the flight. The driver came right in time and the transfer went smoothly.

. I really liked the safari tour. The guide driver is very professional and careful when driving a car. We saw a huge number of different animals, only about 50 lions in three different parks. Tsavo west , east and amboseli. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this company.

an overall great 3 days safari with family in Tsavo East and Taita Hills, a clear recommendation I wanted to book a 3-days safari with a local company, so based on reviews I decided to contact Marco. We got in touch via email+WhatsApp, which was quick and effective. The offer was good, we paid a deposit (advantage is that the company has a euro account in Belgium). The overall organisation was very good, since there was 7 of us (2 elderly, 3 children and two adults), we booked two cars. We had a really good time, everything was organised on a high level, our guides and drivers Michael and Abdul were kind, attentive, friendly and well organised. Overall a very good experience and I would certainly book again with Marco Polo tours.
