Each time it's fantastic!
He chose absolutely incredible lodges for us in Tsavo and Amboseli, with magnificent panoramas, as close as possible to the animals.
In each of the lodges we went from surprise to surprise, and always had perfectly placed rooms.
We had a 4x4 Land Cruiser for us, with Amos, a really great driver-guide: serious, kind, attentive and incredibly efficient in spotting animals.
Abdul our 2017 guide is also great!
All the guides communicate by radio and exchange information on the position of the animals. We saw everything, except the rhinos.
Fabulous organization where everything was perfect.
Really very fair price considering the quality of the services.

Safari with Michael Amazing time with Michael on Safari from Marco Polo Safaris. I really recommend them - they really knows what they are doing and doing it in the best way. We had our trip with Michael - 7 days safari starting in Nairobi up to Diani Beach and visiting on the way Masai Mara, Nakuru Lake Amboseli, Tsavo East & West. Michael was our guide and he is amazing person - very knowledgeable, experienced, knowing a lot about animals' habits and how to find the very best spot (and very close) to watch them. He is able notice animals out from nowhere - many times we had opportunity to spend long time with animals (lions, cheetah etc.) without anyone around. And yes - we saw big 5 and much, much more 🙂 Michael is very joyful, flexible, patient and listened our needs all the way long. His positive attitude and smile was with us all the time making that day fly away very quickly with positive energy. Thanks to him this trip was unforgettable! Worth to add that also organizational perspective all was amazing and Marco who organized everything was easily reachable and responded promptly on our all questions. On top of safari we had Nairobi tour & Wasini Island trip which was also organized by Marco and it went perfectly. On Wasini we were positively surprised when we learned that Marco book for us lunch in smaller and less touristic place with amazing sea-food where we could rest from tourists. Enjoyed the great migration at Masai Mara We did a 5 Days Masai Mara Safari to see the great migration. Our driver Adam was a fine and safe driver who had the perfect hunting instinct for spotting rare animals and sights, a genuine respect for the animals giving them space (meaning not speeding off-road up to a meter of a hunting leopard ousting his prey, like we saw some other drivers doing) while still enabling us to take amazing shots and close up observations. We enjoyed a hot air balloon experience which is an absolute must if you have the possibility, and stayed at the Fig tree which was nice but overpriced. The trip including transfers and domestic flight was well organized and accompanied by Marco Polo Safaris. one minor hiccup where another driver did not show up in time for a transfer was solved in a professional and friendly way.

I was quite anxious before the trip as I didn’t know what to expect: this was my first safari experience. But everything went extremely smoothly. Our guide Richard was very nice, he showed us quite a lot of animals and told us a lot about savannah and Kenya. We saw many lions, a leopard, a giraffe, elephants, zebras, and other animals and birds.

Accommodation was nice too: Marco Polo offers packages with quite nice hotels. We were actually very surprised that a hotel in the middle of savannah would be so comfortable.

We also used Marco Polo Tours for transfer from our hotel, as our tour operator wanted to pick us up too early before the flight. The driver came right in time and the transfer went smoothly.
